Buscou apontar melhorias para o trabalho de guiamento que dialogue e sensibilize o olhar dos turistas\u00a0para visitas reflexivas. Apresentou as observa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as visitas guiadas no Memorial Minas Gerais Vale. O\u00a0estudo apresentou uma proposta de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o continuada que pode ser desenvolvida em parcerias entre\u00a0universidade, \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos do turismo e cultura. Identificou as interven\u00e7\u00f5es e uma estrutura de um curso com\u00a0m\u00f3dulos que o setor Educativo pode realizar junto aos guias e tamb\u00e9m para troca de experi\u00eancias em encontros\u00a0dial\u00f3gicos. O estudo atingiu o objetivo principal e levou em conta os impactos da covid-19 nas viagens tur\u00edsticas.<\/span>
