A cidade \u00e9 indutora de turistas do Brasil e do mundo e tem relev\u00e2ncia hist\u00f3rica e cultural. Apesar da voca\u00e7\u00e3o para o turismo cultural, levantou-se o pressuposto de que a gastronomia ouro-pretana n\u00e3o \u00e9 valorizada como patrim\u00f4nio cultural e atrativo tur\u00edstico, por Institui\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas que promovem a cidade enquanto destino. Esse pressuposto partiu do fato de n\u00e3o existir um evento que priorize produtores e os h\u00e1bitos alimentares locais, e a partir da an\u00e1lise do conte\u00fado dos sites das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es. O objetivo da presente pesquisa, portanto, \u00e9 identificar quais s\u00e3o os poss\u00edveis gargalos de planejamento no que tange o fomento ao turismo que priorize a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a cultura e aquecer a discuss\u00e3o sobre uma atividade tur\u00edstica que valorize a gastronomia local na cidade. Com essa finalidade, foi utilizado levantamento bibliogr\u00e1fico, an\u00e1lise do conte\u00fado do marketing digital e entrevistas semiestruturas. Concluiu-se que a gest\u00e3o estadual de Minas Gerais, conseguiu consolidar o h\u00e1bito alimentar mineiro no imagin\u00e1rio do brasileiro, todavia, as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e o planejamento de metas para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da gastronomia ouro-pretana s\u00e3o recentes em Ouro Preto, podendo ser melhor exploradas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
