Assim, o presente artigo busca analisar a influ\u00eancia deste segmento na escolha dos destinos pelos turistas. Para elucidar essa pesquisa ser\u00e3o abordados exemplos com as cidades nas quais diversos autores famosos nasceram, ou at\u00e9 mesmo utilizaram como cen\u00e1rios para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de suas respectivas obras.\u00a0Al\u00e9m disso, analisa-se as rela\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais e sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o turismo e com a cultura.
